What Onyx & Oyster is
Onyx & Oyster is an early-stage Hudson Valley travel platform. During this pre-partner phase, the site collects travel-planning interest and applications from hotels and local businesses.
We do not currently publish a bookable collection of stays, experiences, or confirmed partners. The site is a way to learn what travellers are planning and to begin conversations with businesses that may be a fit in the future.
Sharing travel plans
This is the most important thing on this page, so it is stated plainly:
Submitting a form is a planning signal, not a booking or availability request. It does not reserve anything, create an agreement, or put you in contact with a hotel or local business.
We may use the information you share to understand what the first collection should become and, if you have consented, to send occasional relevant notes. We do not promise a specific response time or a particular outcome.
Partner applications
Submitting a hotel or local-business application asks us to consider a future conversation. It does not make the applicant a partner, create an exclusive arrangement, or guarantee inclusion in the Onyx & Oyster collection.
Any future partnership would require a separate written agreement. Until then, neither side has an obligation to proceed.
Information on this site
We work to keep the site accurate as the collection takes shape. The site does not currently represent that a named hotel, business, stay, experience, price, date, or availability is confirmed. Information may change as verified details become available.
Our content and brand
The Onyx & Oyster name, emblem, wordmark, written content, photography, design, and arrangement of this site are owned by Onyx & Oyster or used with permission. The rights record for every public asset must be confirmed before this draft is approved for publication.
You are welcome to read, share, and link to this site. You may not copy, republish, resell, or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without written permission.
Using the site properly
Please use the site as it is intended. In particular, do not:
- submit false, misleading or automated form submissions;
- attempt to gain access to any protected area or account that is not yours;
- interfere with, probe or attempt to disrupt the site or the systems behind it;

The Partner Portal
The Partner Portal is not part of this pre-partner public launch. If partner accounts are introduced later, access will be by invitation and governed by a separate agreement.

If this site links to third-party websites in the future, we do not control their content, availability, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on that site.
Availability of the site
We aim to keep the site available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. It may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of a failure in a service we depend on.
